PECO SENT $213.34 TO NEW POWER AND THEN BILLED HIM FOR THAT AMOUNT PAST DUE PLUS A PENALTY. THEY REMOVED THE PENALTY BUT THEY CONTINUE TO BILL HIM INSTEAD OF RETRIEVING IT FROM NEW POWER. HE WANTS PUC TO TELL PECO TO REMOVE $213.24 FROM HIS BILL AND FOR HIS ACCOUNT NOT TO REFLECT THAT IT HAS BEEN LATE ALL THESE MONTHS.

THE SHUT OFF PUT HER MOTHER'S LIFE AND HEALTH AT RISK. THE NOTICE FOR THE APARTMENT THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT OFF WAS PLACED IMPROPERLY. SHE WANTS TO KNOW WHY SERVICE WAS SHUT OFF, WHAT PUNISHMENT WORKER RECEIVED FOR ERROR, AND HOW TO PREVENT THIS IN THE FUTURE. SHE BELIEVES THEY NEED TO CHANGE POLICY FOR SERVICE SHUT OFF.

HE WANTS REIMBURSED FOR LOST FOOD, COST OF RESTAURANT FOOD, AND IF HE BUYS A GENERATOR FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS, HE WANTS TO SUBMIT THE CHARGE FOR INSTALLATION. HE WANTS TO MEET WITH PUC TO DISCUSS PROBLEMS.

HE WANTS TO KNOW HOW PECO CAN IDENTIFY HIS ACCOUNT AS R BASED ON ELECTRIC USAGE.
