THEIR CONTRACT WAS TO END JULY 31, 2004, SO THEY CONTRACTED WITH ELECTRIC AMERICA ON JUNE 28, 2004. HOWEVER, DOMINION NOTIFIED PECO TO END THEIR CONTRACT A MONTH EARLY. THIS RESULTED IN A $405 CHARGE FROM DOMIN- ION AND A "MINIMUM DEMAND" OF 10 MONTHS WITH PECO. THEY WANT A FAIR SETTLE- MENT.

COMPLAINANT ALSO STATES THAT HE RE- QUESTED SOMEONE COME TO HIS HOME AND WHEN THEY DID THEY ADMITTED THEY WERE NOT GETTING THE SAME READING FROM THE OUTSIDE METER AND THE INSIDE METER AND THERE COULD BE A PROBLEM. COMPLAINANT SHOWED THE PERSON THAT CAME TO HIS RE- SIDENCE THAT HE DID NOT EVEN KEEP ANY APPLAINCES AT THIS RESIDENCE BECAUSE OF NOT STAYING THERE. COMPLAINANT SHOWS THAT HIS BILLS LAST WINTER WERE SHOWING CHARGES SUCH AS $57.32 AND NOW THEY ARE SHOWING MUCH HIGHER CHARGES.
