ON 8/25/05, SHE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM HER DAUGHTER STAT- ING A MAN WAS TRYING TO BREAK INTO THEIR HOME. COMPLAINANT CALLED POLICE AND WHEN POLICE CAUGHT UP WITH THE MAN, HE IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS A WORKER FOR THE COMPANY AND WAS THERE TO SHUT OFF ELECTRICITY TO THEIR HOME. THE MAN WAS NOT WEARING ANYTHING ON HIS CLOTHING TO IDENTIFY HIMSELF AS A PECO EMPLOYEE. THE COMPLAINANT CALLED THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES TO FILE A COMPLAINT, BUT THEY WIL NOT TAKE HER COMPLAINT. SHE WANTS PECO AND THE EMPLOYEE THAT TRIED TO BREAK INTO HER HOME, FINED. SHE ALSO WANTS THE EMPLOYEE FIRED AND CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST HIM. SHE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE EMPLOYEES RECORDS CHECKED FOR ANYTHING THAT STATES HE MAY HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE. SHE WANTS CIVIL ACTIONS BROUGHT AGAINST THE COMPANY AND THE EMPLOYEE.

ALL THEY WANT IS FOR THE PUC TO SEE THAT THEY ARE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS AND NOT SOMEONE ELSES. IF THEY MUST PAY A DEPOSIT, IT SHOULD BE BASED ON THEIR MONTHLY BILL OF $40.00 PER MONTH.

HE WANTS THE PUC TO REINSTATE THE AGREEMENT AS MADE AND TO CALCULATE THE AMOUNT CURRENTLY OWING IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH. HE WANTS PECO TO LOCATE AND CREDIT THE JULY PAYMENT OR TO CONFIRM THAT THEY CANNOT LOCATE THE PAYMENT.
