Complaintant had found out a wire came down on Audubon Road. Complaintant states that a representative told them that a pole was hit, but no repair work was require to fix the pole. Complaintant states that the stress from the wires being stretched caused the wire to snap and this caused the flickering that destroyed thier appliances. Complaintant states that if PECO would have fixed the problem immediately this would not have occured. Complaintant wants PECO to do the right thingand fix the problem.

Complaintant states thatthe individual was using Mr Turner's ID when using electric and gas at a residence that Mr. Turner never lived at nor used the electric and gas service. Complaintant wants to get on the CAP Program, since they will be receiving help from LHeap for most of the bill.Complaintant wants the PUC to order that they can get on the CAP Program, so they can live with a reasonable bill.

Complainan tstates that now customers who have no access to gas must choose to pay higher rate or buy oil heating system. Complainant wants the residential discount rate to continue being used.
