HE STATES WHEN HE WAS FOUND THIS OUT HE FILED A COMPLAINT RIGHT AWAY. HE FEELS HE IS OVER BILLED AND WANTS IT CHECKED OUT AND REPAID FOR WHAT HE HAS BEEN OVER CHARGED.

THEY STATE THEY DO NOT HAVE A AIR CONDITIONER THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A WASHER.
