Compliantan tnever got a response from the electrician and used electric heaters causing a rise in usage. Complaintan thas installed cast iron radiators, which have helped lower the usage.Complaintant states that PECO should go after the electrician for not putting up stickers and contacting them to install a meter.

Complaintant also says PECO denied complaintant being able to set up a $539 a month automated deduction. Complaintant wants a payment term that is automatically deducted from complaintant's checking account or Complaintant would like to be able to pa with her credit card.
