HE CALLED PECO AND SPOKE TO A YOUNG LADY WHO HAD A VERY, VERY NEGATIVE ATTITUDE AND TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT A MIS- TAKE HAS BEEN MADE IN SHUTTING OFF HIS ELECTRICITY BECAUSE HE HAD MAILED IN A PAYMENT OF $200. THE YOUNG LADY ADVISED HIM THAT HER RECORDS DID NOT INDI- CATE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND THAT SHE HAD THE ABILITY TO SHUT HIS ELECTRICITY OFF FOR AS LITTLE AS $25 AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY $60 TO HAVE HIS ELECT- RICITY RESTORED. HE WANTS THE PUC TO REPLACE THE $60 TURN ON FEE, $55 FOR THE FOOD THAT WENT BAD.
