THE PLAINTIFF WAS SITTING AT HOME WHEN THIS HAPPENED AND NOTED, IT WAS BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED WHEN THEY WERE TRYING TO RESTORE THE POWER.

HE USES KEROSENE HEATER FOR ROOM, ONLY AT HOME BETWEEN 6 PM AND 6 AM, RARELY USE ELECTRICAL APPLICANCES HE COMPLAINED TO PECO AND WAS TOLD TO PAY UP WITH 16 DAYS OR ELECTRICITY WOULD BE TURNED OFF.
