C-00992146 Closed 2/12/1999 COMPLAINANT SENT IN ENROLLMENT FORM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ELECTRIC CHOICE PROGRAM, THEY WERE LATER TOLD THAT THEY WEREN'T SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM. NOT NOTIFIED OF THE DENIAL UNTIL 1/26/99. THEY HAD BEEN DENIED DUE TO THEIR RATE CLASS BEING FILLED. THEY WERE EVENTUALLY TOLD BY PECO THAT THEIR CARD WAS NEVER RECEVIED.
C-00992149 Closed 2/11/1999 COMPLAINANT STATES HE ALWAYS PAID BILLS ON TIME, AND HE RECEIVED A BILL FOR $320 SOMETHING WHEN HIS BILL WAS ONLY $63, THEY SAID HE HAD A FAULTY METER IN HIS HOUSE AND THEY COULDN'T GET A PROPER READING. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR APPROXIMATELY 21 MONTHS. A MAN FROM PECO CAME AND CHECKED METER AND SAID HE DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG.
C-00992153 Closed 2/16/1999 COMPLAINANT STATES SHE NEEDS MORE TIME TO PAY $2,000 NOW AND $395 PER MONTH, THEY SIMPLY DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. SHE DOES THOUGH IN THE NEAR FUTURE HAVE $1,000 AND $300 PER MONTH. THEY HAVE EVERY INTENTION ON PAYING THE WHOLE BILL. THEIR CHILD NEEDS ELECTRIC CAUSE HE HAS A POWERED WHEELCHAIR TO GET AROUND IN.

STILL BEING ON WORKERS COMP CAN AFFORD $280 - $290 A MONTH. WOULD LIKE ON A LOW INCOME BUDGET DID IT BEFORE HE WAS PAYING $85 A MONTH THEN.
