THIS HAS CAUSED A PROBLEM IN ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN A MORTGAGE. THE BILL IN QUESTION IS FOR ELECTRIC BILL FROM 6201 N PARK AVE PHILA PA. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT THEY NEVER RESIDED THERE.

THERE FROZEN FOOD WAS DESTROYED, MISSED A DAY OF WORK (COULD SHAVE OR SHOWER) COMMERCIAL DISTRICT LESS THAN 500 YARDS AWAY HAD POWER RESTORED QUITE QUICKLY. WOULD LIKE PECO TO ELIMI- NATE CHRONIC PROBLEM AS IT APPLIES TO THEIR SMALL NEIGHBORHOOD.

NCO FINANCIAL CORP STATES THAT PECO SOLD COLLECTION TO THEM. AND HIS CREDIT RATING IS IN DIRE JEOPARDY. TALKED TO SOME PEOPLE AT PECO AND SAID AMOUNT ON ACCOUNT WAS DELETED. WOULD LIKE A LOOK INTO THIS CHARGE AND LOOK AT HIS BILLS AND SEE THAT HE PAYS THEM WOULD LIKE THIS TO BE DELECTED FROM HIS CREDIT.

SHE WOULD LIKE TO PAY BUDGET AMOUNT PLUS $30 EACH MONTH UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL.

SHE IS WILLING TO NEGOTIATE THIS THROUGH BILLING PROCEDURES/PAYMENTS.

TO INVESTIAGE THE ORGIN OF THE $521 PECO CLAIM THAT HE SUPPOSIBLY OWES THEM.

AND WAS PAYING UNTIL 01/99. BUSINESS IS PICKING UP VERY SLOWLY AND THAT IS REASON WHY I DIDN'T PAY BILL. SHE ALSO THOUGHT 2ND FLR WAS INCLUDED BECAUSE EVERY MONTH A METER READER CAME TO READ THE METER AND PECO ONLY SENT HER ONE BILL. WOULD LIKE FOR HER ELECTRICITY TO NOT BE SHUT OFF, AND TO GIVE HER TIME TO PAY HER MINIMUM AMOUNT UNTIL SHE PAYS OFF THE BALANCE. STATES HER PAYMENT WILL BE ON TIME AND WILL BE PAID UP TO DATE.

WOULD LIKE TO SEE RECORD OF HIS CALL HE HAS PAID ALL UTILITY BILLS ON TIME AT 1508 WHITPAIN HILLS & SHORE HOUSE 1642 MILLCREEK RD, CAN'T BELIEVE PECO WOULD LET BILL GET THIS HIGH.

BUT EVERY MONTH HE PASSES HOUSE AND SHE EITHER HAS TO CALL AND REQUEST A READING OR GET AN ESTIMATED BILL. SHE DOESN'T LIKE ESTIMATED BILLS. WOULD LIKE FOR METER READER TO GET REPRIMANDED AND MADE TO COME TO HER DOOR SO SHE CAN HAVE HER METER READ AND RECEIVE AN "ACTUAL READING" BILL EACH MONTH, WITHOUT MAKING A SUPERVISOR COME TO HOUSE EACH MONTH TO DO THIS MAN'S JOB.
