SHE CALLED PECO AND THEY STATED THEY CALLED AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER SO SHE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT DAY. SHE THEN CALLED AND SPOKE TO A SUSAN NOBLES AND THEN A SUPERVISOR. PECO NEVER CALLED TILL 7:00 PM. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO FIND OUT THEY CAN SHUT OFF HER ELECTRIC WITH FIRST NOT GIVING A NOTICE. SHE FEEL SHE IS OWED A APOLOGY. SHE WANTS TO KNOW WHY IT WAS THAT WHEN SHE WAS SHUT OFF THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING SHOWING ON THE EMPLOYEES SCREENS. SHE ALSO WANTS TO KNOW WHY AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. |

THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE PECO WORKER MISTAKENLY TURNED ELECTRIC ON TO UNOCCUPIED OFFICIALLY SHUT-OFF 2ND FLOOR. SHE CALLED PECO ON OR ABOUT 7/2/01 AS SOON AS SHE DISCOVERED THEIR MISTAKE. SHE STATES SHE HAS A BROKEN REFRIGERATOR AND A WATER DAMAGED FLOOR AS A DIRECT RESULT OF PECO VISITING HER HOME. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO HOLD PECO RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED FLOORING AND BROKEN REFRIGERATOR THAT HAPPENED AS A RESULT OF THEM BEING AT HER HOME. PECO SHOULD PAY FOR DAMAGES THEY CAUSED. |
