WANTS TO HAVE HIS BILL CORRECTED SINCE PECO WAS OVER CHARGING HIM. ALSO HE CAN'T AFFORD THE PAYMENTS.

THE OWNER OF HOUSE TOLD THEM HE HAD AN ENERGY SAVER INSTALLED. IN OCTOBER OF 1998 METER STOPPED FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. SHE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE ALL THESE AVERAGES CAME FROM THAT SHE SUPPOSEDLY USED. WANTS HER WHOLE METER SYSTEM RE-EVALUATED. FOR TWO PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT AT HOME CONSTANTLY THEIR ELECTRIC BILL IS OVERWHELMINGLY HIGH.
