SHE CALLED PECO AND THEY STATED THEY CALLED AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER SO SHE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT DAY. SHE THEN CALLED AND SPOKE TO A SUSAN NOBLES AND THEN A SUPERVISOR. PECO NEVER CALLED TILL 7:00 PM. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO FIND OUT THEY CAN SHUT OFF HER ELECTRIC WITH FIRST NOT GIVING A NOTICE. SHE FEEL SHE IS OWED A APOLOGY. SHE WANTS TO KNOW WHY IT WAS THAT WHEN SHE WAS SHUT OFF THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING SHOWING ON THE EMPLOYEES SCREENS.
