HE WANTS TO MEET WITH PUC TO DISCUSS PROBLEMS.

C-20028489 Closed 9/13/2002 COMPLAINANT STATES DURING THE TRIMMING OF THEIR TREES PART OF THE TREES WERE CHOPPED OFF. THEY CONTACTED PECO PREVIOUS TO TREE TRIMMING AND ASKED THAT TREES BE TOPPED. THEY WANT PECO TO RETURN AND REINSTALL PRIVATELY OWNED ELECTRIC METER, PLACE BACK ON MILL A RACKETED "OUT" METER, PROVIDE A DIRECT CONTACT PERSON FOR POWER PRODUCERS, AND MAKE RIGHT ALL BILLING AND PAYMENT PROBLEMS THAT WILL ARISE DUE TO PECO'S ACTIONS

SHE BELIEVES THE SYSTEM IN HER AREA IS ANTIQUATED AND IN NEED OF A MAJOR OVERHAUL. SHE WOULD LIKE THE ELECTRIC LINES RE-DONE AND THE TREES TRIMMED IN A MORE TIMELY MANNER.

C-20028507 Closed 9/16/2002 COMPLAINANT STATES A PECO ELECTRIC POLE ON THE IMMEDIATE EDGE OF HIS DRIVEWAY TOTALLY OBSTRUCTED THE VIEW OF APPROACHING CARS AND PRESENTED A MAJOR SAFETY PROBLEM WHEN ATTEMPTING TO EXIT DRIVEWAY. PECO REFUSED TO MOVE IT UNLESS HE PAID ALL THE COSTS. AFTER SEVERAL NEAR ACCIDENTS, HE AGREED. HE WANTS PUC TO ORDER PECO TO REIMBURSE HIM FOR CHARGES OF $688.69 WHICH WERE PAID BY HIM UNDER DURESS.
