Complainant states she was also billed at the end of the month and wants to know how you can be billed twice in the same month. Complainant would like a window of seven days to meet her payment agreement, as well as the $52.00 she had to pay to be credited towards her balance.
C-2011-2258034 Closed 8/17/2011 Complainant states that electricty was shut off on their daughter's 13th birthday. Complainant needed rushed to ER because of a heart attack and stroke due to hot weather and no electricity. Complainant states that they have tried to create a fair deal payment plan, because they were not paying the bill due to no income from not being eligible to work. Complainant says the bill to restore power is $8000. Complainant would like a fair monthly payment plan to pay off the bill.
F-2011-2258423 Closed 8/17/2011 Complainant states that they are having trouble paying their bill for PECO, because of late charges and reconnection fee added to their original bill. Complainant was out of work for a month with severe depression, and when she went back to work had her power shut off by PECO. Complainant has other medical expenses that have made paying the full amount extremely hard, and would like a chance for a payment arrangement plan. Complainant has been accepted back onto the CAP Rate Program.

C-2011-2258632 Closed 8/19/2011 Complaintant states that PECO technician indicated foreign wiring was suspected, as the house is a duplex. Later, another inspecton was requested after no foreign wiring was found. The inspector that came found no foreign wiring. Complaintant states that her name was then taken off the account and she did not owe anything. Complaintant states she then got a letter from a collecton department. Complaintant called PECO and found out the report sasid foreign wiring corrected, which meant she was responsible for al charges. Complaintant wants to know why the report was not corrected, and wants refunded for the amount she paid PECO.
