Complaintant states that PECO said that complaintant had no right having someone turning back on the power, but complaintant needed the power for a guest wit ha breathing machine. Complaintant states that the box connected is connected to his house and is his property and the meter is connected to the box. Complaintant states that PECO trespassed on his property to turn off the power.Complaintant states that if PECO wants to shut off power that they can do it from the pole. Complaintnat states that PECOis charging a $925.00 tampering fee and the total bill is $1300 for service t obe restored. Complaintant wants to be treated fairly with shut off notice in advance and to have the tampering fee removed.
