Complainant states that when her daughter opened the door, the Representative threw a paper from PECO at her daughter hitting the daughter in the face. Complainant states that the bill was paid earlier in the day. Complainant states that since the fence was broken her dog go out, and a woman found him and took care of her dog until she retrieved him. Complainant states that they have no responsibilty, because the man was a contractor. Complainant would like their fence fixed, paid $60 the amount to have their dog returned, $75 paid back for restoring their electric. Complainant would prefer the contractor, who broke the fence to pay to have the fence fixed, and to pay the amount for the returning of complainant's dog, and power for being unprofessional.

Complainant would like to have PECO account from 4839 Haverford Avenue removed from the 52nd Street account and their 7828 Chelwynde Avenue account.
