THEY WANT THE PUC TO ORDER PECO TO FURTHER INVESTIGATE THE SITUATION BY EITHER COMPARING THEIR CHARGES DURING THE TIME WAS VACANT TO THE PRIOR YEAR WHEN THE HOUSE WAS OCCU- PIED.
