THEIR NEW CHARGES AFTER DEDUCTION WAS A TOTAL OF $4,457.33. WANTS TO KNOW WHY IT TOOK PECO 3 YEARS TO REALIZE THAT THEY HAD A DEFECTIVE METER, AND WHY SHOULD THEY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OVER. |
