THEY WANT THE COMM- ISSION TO DIRECT PECO TO DELEGATE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PV PORTION OF THE RENEWABLE ENERGY PILOT PROGRAM TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FUND AND TO PROVIDE THE SDF ACCESS TO KIURP CUSTOMER AND LIURP-ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER DATA IN PECO ENERGY'S POSSESSION. THE COMMISSION SHOULD FURTHER DIRECT PECO ENERGY TO FORWARD TO THE SDF $750,000 IN PROGRAM COSTS AND $75,000 IN ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS FOR THE PHOTOVOLTAIC PROGRAM.

C-00004535 Closed 12/11/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES THEY FELT THE METER WAS RUNNING HIGH, SO THEY REQUESTED THE METER BE CHECKED. IT WAS CHECKED AND HE FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS RUNNING HIGH. THE METER WAS ADJUSTED, AND THE RATES DID GO DOWN. HE WOULD LIKE AN ADJUSTMENT TO HIS BILL FOR THE MONTHS THAT PECO WAS OVERCHARGING BECAUSE THE METER WAS RUNNING TO FAST. THE TIME FRAME WAS 6/30/99 - TO THE DATE THE METER WAS ADJUSTED. HE WANTS HIS BILL ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THAT HIS BILLS WERE NOT ACCURATE.
