AND THIS WAS UNKNOWN TO THEM. AFTER THEY MADE THIS DISCOVERY, THE LANDLORD TRIED TO EVICT THEIR FAMILY. THEY STATE A COUPLE OF MONTHS PASSED, IN WHICH THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE BILLINGS FROM PECO AT ALL. FINALLY, IN EARLY 1998, PECO RESPONDED, THEY DIDN'T TRANSFER ANY BILLING INTO THE LANDLORD'S ACCOUNT, WHAT THEY DID WAS TO CHANGE THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND CONTINUE TO THIS DAY, TO BILL THEM FOR THEIR FORMER LANDLORD'S SERVICE. THEY WANT TO TRANSFER THE BILLING AND HAVE PECO REPORT TO TRANS UNION CREDIT, WHICH APPEARS ON THEIR CREDIT STATEMENT, AND POSSIBLY HIS WIFE'S REMOVAL IMMEDIATELY.

THEY WANT THE DEPOSIT AND RECONNECT FEE REMOVED, THEY STATE THAT THIS WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE, AND THEY FEEL LIKE THEY WERE TREATED LIKE THEY NEVER PAY THEIR BILLS.

HE WANTS PECO TO REIMBURSE HIM FOR THE LOST BUSINESS ON THEIR DAY OF THE SHUT-OFF.
