COMPLAINANT BELIEVES THAT THEIR ADDRESS WAS INCORRECTLY ENTERED INTO THE COMPUTER BECAUSE WHEN SOMEONE MOVED IN ABOVE THEM, THE PROBLEM WAS DISCOVERED. COMPLAINANT BELIEVES THEY DO NOT OWE THIS BILL DUE TO COMPANY BILLING ERROR.
C-00971088 Closed 12/22/1997 COMPLAINANT STATES THAT WHEN SHE HAD HOME'S ROOF REPLACED, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT AN ELECTRIC LINE ATTACHED TO THE ROOF WAS NOT GOING INTO HER HOME, BUT WAS THE NEIGHBOR'S LINE. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT THE COMPANY DISCONNECTED THE LINE FROM HER HOUSE, BUT NOW IT DRAPES DOWN ACROSS HER DRIVEWAY AND BACKYARD. COMPLAINANT BELIEVES NEIGHBOR'S LINE SHOULD ORIGINATE FROM A POLE ON THEIR STREET INSTEAD OF STARTING AT HER POLE AND CUTTING ACROSS HER BACKYARD. (PHOTOGRAPHS INCLUDED.) RESPONDENTS ARE: PECO ENERGY COMPANY AND ALLEN FIORILLO.
C-20015975 Closed 8/6/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES THAT WHEN PECO VIOLATED HER BUDGET AGREEMENT, THE PUC DID NOT ENFORCE THE AGREEMENT. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO ENFORCE THE SETTLEMENT AND CORRECT HER BILLING PROBLEMS.

C-20015839 Closed 7/5/2001 COMPLAINANT STATES THAT WHEN ONE OF THEIR TENANTS LEFT THEIR PROPERTY IN JUNE 2000, THEY CALLED PECO TO MAINTAIN SERVICE AND HAVE THE ACCOUNT TRANSFERRED TO THEIR NAME. THEY RECEIVED THEIR FIRST BILL FROM PECO IN NOVEMBER 2000, AND FOUND THE BILL TO BE EXTREMELY HIGH. THEY FOUND THAT THE EQUIPMENT ON THE PREMISES WAS LEFT RUNNING AND CAUSED THE EXTRA USAGE. THIS WAS CORRECTED IMMDEIATELY, BUT HAD PECO SENT THEM A MONTHLY BILL THIS EXCESS WOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. COMPLAINANT WANTS THE PUC TO MAKE PECO REDUCE THE BILL BY THE EXCEEDED MONTHLY USAGE DUE TO THEIR FAILURE TO PROVIDE A MONTHLY BILL.
F-01373792 Closed 1/7/2004 COMPLAINANT STATES THAT WHEN HER SERVICE WAS INTERRUPTED IN 2001, SHE WAS REQUIRED TO PAY $200, WHICH WAS TO GO IN AN ESCROW ACCOUNT AND BE RETURNED TO HER IN ONE YEAR. THE MONEY WAS NEVER RETURNED TO HER.
