COMPLAINANT STATES THEY CAN NOT COME UP WITH THIS KIND OF MONEY DO TO THEY DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS AND ARE TRYING TO RECOVER FROM A BAD YEAR. THEY WANT THE PUC TO REQUEST THAT PECO HOLD OFF ON THIS DEPOSIT UNTIL THEY ARE IN A BETTER FINANCIAL SITUATION OR FORGO THE DEPOSIT AND SET THEM UP ON AUTO PAY.
