Complaint ant said that a PUC Representative came to his house and checked his meter, but failed to mail a report of findings to him. Complainant states that they just could not afford to make the payment agreement. Complainanat states that htey have called PECO to avoid shut off and make a payment arrangement. Complainant would like to have a payment plan of $200-$250 a month until balance is paid.
