She further states that the county completed inspection of the installation of the solar system on 28 December 2020 and notified PECO of their approval, however, PECO has since failed to install a necessary outgoing meter and failed to provide an account number necessary to enroll in the solar credit market, the Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs)
