PECO INSISTED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT WITH THE TRANSFORMER. HE WANTS THE PUC TO MAKE PECO CREDIT HIS ACCOUNT FOR THE OVERCHARGES FROM DECEMBER TO MARCH.

HE CALLED PECO AND THEY SAID THE BILL WAS A MISTAKE, AND FIXED IT TO $83.00 HE THEN GOT HIS BILL FOR AUGUST OF $464.00 THEY EVENTUALLY SAID THAT THE BILL WAS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME OF $236.00 AND THEY ADDED ON AUGUST TO THAT. BUT HE DID PAY THE $83.00 HE OWED THEM.
