C-2014-2408896 Closed 2/27/2014 Complainant states she was not sent a check by the utility as they advised they would for work done on her property to remove a meter which was not being used. She states they later credited it to her son's account in which he no longer resides at the property and the utility received record of that per their request when she called requesting to have the meter removed.

SHE WANTS THE PUC TO HELP HER FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED AND WHY THE BILL WAS NEVER ADDRESSED BEFORE THE JUDGEMENT WAS MADE.
