SHE WANTS TO KNOW WHY SERVICE WAS SHUT OFF, WHAT PUNISHMENT WORKER RECEIVED FOR ERROR, AND HOW TO PREVENT THIS IN THE FUTURE. SHE BELIEVES THEY NEED TO CHANGE POLICY FOR SERVICE SHUT OFF.

SHE STATES SHE SPOKE TO A VALERIE FISHER FROM PUC WHEN SHE RETURNED HOME AT 5:00 PM. AT THIS TIME SHE HAD NO ELECTRIC. SHE CALLED PECO AND THEY STATED THEY CALLED AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER SO SHE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE NEXT DAY. SHE THEN CALLED AND SPOKE TO A SUSAN NOBLES AND THEN A SUPERVISOR. PECO NEVER CALLED TILL 7:00 PM. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO FIND OUT THEY CAN SHUT OFF HER ELECTRIC WITH FIRST NOT GIVING A NOTICE. SHE FEEL SHE IS OWED A APOLOGY. SHE WANTS TO KNOW WHY IT WAS THAT WHEN SHE WAS SHUT OFF THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING SHOWING ON THE EMPLOYEES SCREENS. SHE ALSO WANTS TO KNOW WHY AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.
