IN APRIL HER HUSBAND LEFT HER AND TOOK ALL OF THE MONEY OUT OF THE BILLS ACCOUNT, LEAVING HER TO STRUGGLE TO PAY MORTGAGES, CAR PAYMENTS, LOANS, CREDIT CARDS, ELECTRIC BILL AND ALL THE NORMAL HOUSEHOLD BILLS. SHE WANTS THE PUC TO TELL PECO THAT SHE IS WILLING TO CONTINUE TO PAY $15 PLUS THE MONTHLY BILL, UNTIL THE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL.
F-00728393 Closed 6/20/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES AUGUST 1999 ELECTRIC WAS SHUT OFF BECAUSE OF NON-PAYMENT. HE CONTACTED THE ELECTRIC COMPANY TO GET INFORMATION ON HOW TO GET HIS SERVICE RESTORED. UPON SPEAKING TO REPRESENTATIVES THE ASSUMPTION WAS MADE THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE THE MEANS TO PAY THE BILL. IT TOOK HIM SEVERAL PHONE CALLS BECAUSE REPS WERE UNREASONABLE, AND THEY WOULDN'T TELL HIM HOW OR WHEN SERVICE COULD BE RESTORED. HE STATES HIS SERVICE HAS ALREADY BEEN RESTORED UNDER A NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER AT HIS REQUEST. HE STATES THERE SHOULD NOT BE A $60 TURN ON FEE. HE WANTS FINDINGS TO BE BASED UPON HIS FULL COMPLAINT BACK TO AUGUST 1999. HE WANTS ALL INFORMATION TO BE CONSIDERATED AND INFORMATION WRITTEN BY HIM ESTABLISHED AS HIS ONLY STATEMENT OF FACT.
