HE STATES THEY WEREN'T HOME FOR 23 DAYS AND STILL RECEIVED A BILL FOR $203.30. HE WANTS THE PUC TO GET HIM A REFUND OF SOME OF HIS MONEY.

PECO IMPLEMENTED THE CHOICE WITH RESPECT TO TWO OF THE PROPERTIES. AFTER RECEIPT OF THE FIRST BILLING, COMPLAINANTS PROPERLY ADVISED PECO AND RELIANT ENERGY THAT THE BILLS ISSUED FOR 1201 CHESTNUT ST AND 1835 ARCH ST FAILED TO REFLECT AND FINANCIALLY TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE EGS CHANGE FROM PECO TO RELIANT ENERGY. THE MISTAKE WAS NEVER CORRECTED, AND THEY CONTINUED TO BE BILL AS IF PECO WAS STILL THE EGS FOR THOSE PROPERTIES. WANTS PECO TO BE ORDERED TO FINANCIALLY ADJUST THE UTILITY BILLS TO REFLECT RELIANT ENERGY AS THE EGS FOR 1201 CHESTNUT ST & 1835 ARCH ST.

THEY FEEL THEY WERE PAYING FOR ELECTRIC THAT THEY DID NOT USE THEY WANT THIS TO BE CHECKED INTO.
