HE WANTS PECO TO BE ORDERED TO REFUND THE $10,000 IN INTEREST CHARGES THEY AGREED TO WAIVE. ALSO TO REFUND $250 RECONNECT FEE AND REFUND $3,400 IN DEPOSIT MONEY.

HE STATES THEY WEREN'T HOME FOR 23 DAYS AND STILL RECEIVED A BILL FOR $203.30. HE WANTS THE PUC TO GET HIM A REFUND OF SOME OF HIS MONEY.
