Complaintant states that PECO told her that she was responsible for the balance since she benefited from the service. Complaintant states that she investigated and found out all the bills from 2009 until present had been paid. COmplaintan tstates they called PUC, and was told to pay all bils, which complaintant did.Complaintant states that the PUC representative informed her that Mr. Dandridge had a outstanding balnce at a previous address and when he moved the balance became her responsibility. Complaintant wants the PECO bill in her name and not t obe held responsible for someone else's balance.
F-2011-2270924 Closed 10/20/2011 Complaintant states that her complaints starts in 2008, when she paid one bill electronicaly, and PECO stated she was enrolled in on-line billing.Complaintant states that she called to be taken off on-line billing. Complaintant states that she requested a high bill from PECO and said the bill was correct without checking the meter. Complaintant states that she should not be paying $300 a month for electric, when she does not have electric heat. Complaintant tates since she did not receive a paer bill, she paid the amount she could afford.Complaintant states that she paid $2500 in December and $800 in June and August. Complaintant states that PECO denies that she made a $1048 payment. Complaintant states that she was told since she used a credit card that the payment was unacceptable. Complaintant also says PECO denied complaintant being able to set up a $539 a month automated deduction. Complaintant wants a payment term that is automatically deducted from complaintant's checking account or Complaintant would like to be able to pa with her credit card.

Complaintant states that electrician provided a temporary hook up, so complaintant coul duse tools necessary to fix house. Complaintant states after was completed in September 20110, he called the electrician to finish hooking up electricity and to call PECO for a meter to be installed. Compliantan tnever got a response from the electrician and used electric heaters causing a rise in usage. Complaintan thas installed cast iron radiators, which have helped lower the usage.Complaintant states that PECO should go after the electrician for not putting up stickers and contacting them to install a meter.
