Complainant states that they want credit for all sums which represent their recast from 2/8/11, and credit for all late charges applied to account after 2/8/11.

Complainant also states that to be advised incorrectly by PECO is totally wrong.

Complainant would like to have a payment plan of $200-$250 a month until balance is paid.
