Complaintant called PECO and found out the report sasid foreign wiring corrected, which meant she was responsible for al charges. Complaintant wants to know why the report was not corrected, and wants refunded for the amount she paid PECO.

Complainant says the bill to restore power is $8000. Complainant would like a fair monthly payment plan to pay off the bill.
