THE YOUNG LADY ADVISED HIM THAT HER RECORDS DID NOT INDI- CATE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND THAT SHE HAD THE ABILITY TO SHUT HIS ELECTRICITY OFF FOR AS LITTLE AS $25 AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO PAY $60 TO HAVE HIS ELECT- RICITY RESTORED. HE WANTS THE PUC TO REPLACE THE $60 TURN ON FEE, $55 FOR THE FOOD THAT WENT BAD.

SHE ALSO WOULD LIKE PECO TO GO AFTER THE 100'S OF PEOPLE WHO OWE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND NEVER PAY INSTEAD OF SOMEONE LIKE HER FAMILY.
