WANTS TO NULL OR VOID PAY- MENT THAT TIME DUE TO THE FACT THAT METER WAS BROKEN AND SHE PAID APRIL - AUGUST WHAT SHE WAS BILLED.

ABOUT 9-10 YEARS AGO, HE STARTED KEEPING TRACK OF ALL THE TIMES ELECTRIC WENT OUT, AT ONE POINT THEY WERE OUT OF ELECTRIC 22-24 TIMES IN A SIX MONTH PERIOD. HE GOT TIRED OF DOING THIS AND JUST QUIT IT THEN. WANTS PECO TO TAKE CARE OF THERE POWER LINES AND BETTER CARE OF THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS.

WANTS TO TELL PECO THAT THEY WILL PAY THEIR MONTHLY BILL PLUS $20 EACH MONTH UNTIL BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL.

HE WOULD LIKE FOR PECO TO REFUND HIS $60 TURN ON CHARGE, ALSO FOR PECO TO REFUND HIM $151 ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT, AND TO CREDIT $1,000 TOWARD ACCOUNT FOR LOSS OF INCOME.
C-00992859 Closed 9/29/1999 COMPLAINANT STATES IN JULY 1998 CALLED PECO AND ASKED THEM TO CHANGE DAY OF METER READING TO 8/14/98 SINCE SHE WOULD BE MOVING. LANDLORD ASKED HER TO KEEP UTILITIES ON SINCE SOMEONE WOULD BE MOVING IN RIGHT AFTER SHE LEFT. PECO HAD TURNED OFF ELECTRIC, AND SHE HAD A HANDICAPPED SON IN HOUSE WITH NO ELECTRIC. HAD FOOD IN FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR THAT WAS LOST. WANTS BILL FORGIVEN THIS WILL PUT PECO AT A MINIMAL LOSS, NOT LIKE HER LOSS, ALSO SHE WANTS HER CREDIT REPORT CLEARED OF ALL PECO REPORTS ON ACCOUNT UNTIL AUG 17TH UNTIL SERVICE WAS DISCONNECTED.

POWER LOSS 9-15/9-16/-9-17/9-18, SHORTEST AMOUNT WAS ABOUT 30 MIN. LONGEST WAS 20 HRS, DURING WHICH TIME SUMP PUMP SHUT DOWN AND CAUSED DAMAGED TO HOME. WANTS PECO TO SUPPLY THEM WITH THE SERVICE THEY ARE PAYING FOR. THEY HAVE AN ALL ELECTRIC HOUSE. WANTS TO CHANGE THEIR SOURCE OF POWER TO ANOTHER TRANSFORMER IN WORKING CONDITIONS.

SO THAT THE RECORDS WOULD SHOW THAT YOU DIDN'T PAY YOUR ELECTRIC BILL ON TIME. HE WANTS HIS NAME COMPLETELY TAKEN OUT OF THE FILES OF PECO ENERGY.

C-00992840 Closed 9/24/1999 COMPLAINANT STATES THEY HAVE A SERVICE ADDRESS AT TELEGRAPH ROAD, COATESVILLE RD 2 PA 19320 AND A MAILING ADDRESS AT PO BOX 58 WAGONTOWN PA 19376 THAT THEY HAVE BEEN OVER BILLED FOR ELECTRIC SERVICES. ON 4/16/99 THEY RECEIVED A LTR INFORMING THEM THAT THEY HAD A DEFECTIVE METER AND THAT THE METER WAS CHANGED ON 12/29/98. THIS LTR INDICATED THAT PRIOR TO METER CHANGE WEST CALN HAD ONLY BEEN BILLED FOR THE MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE ON GENERAL LOAD METER DURING WINTER BILLING PERIODS FROM 9/8/95 UNTIL METER CHANGE DATE OF 12/29/98 AFTER METER WAS CHANGED THEY WERE INFORMED THAT ALL REVENUE BILLED FROM 9/8/95 TO 12/11/98 TOTALLING $8,373.03 WOULD BE ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THE NEW TOTAL CHARGES FROM THE PERIOD OF 9/8/95 TO 4/13/99 FOR A TOTAL OF $12,104.11 PLUS PA SALES TAX WHICH GIVES THEM A GRAND TOTAL OF $12,830.36. THEIR NEW CHARGES AFTER DEDUCTION WAS A TOTAL OF $4,457.33. WANTS TO KNOW WHY IT TOOK PECO 3 YEARS TO REALIZE THAT THEY HAD A DEFECTIVE METER, AND WHY SHOULD THEY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY HAD NO CONTROL OVER.

CAP PROGRAM FOUND HER ELIGIBLE AND PLACED HER ON THE CAP RATE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, BECAUSE SHE IS UNEMPLOYED AND UNABLE TO MEET FINANCIAL DETERMINATION.
