HE WANTS TO KNOW HOW PECO CAN JUSTIFY THIS. HE WANTS THE PUC TO EXTINGUISH HIS BILL WITH PECO HE FEELS THAT THIS ISN'T HIS RESPONSIBILITY WHEN EVERY MONTH A PECO REPRESEN- TATIVE CAME INTO HIS BUSINESS AND READ THE METER.

PECO ENERGY TOLD HIM THAT THEY READ THE METER ON 7/21/00, BUT HIS JULY AND AUGUST BILLS STILL REFLECT ESTIMATES. HE HAS GIVEN PECO ENERGY THE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING. BUT THEY WILL NOT TAKE REGUL- AR METER READINGS. HE STATES HE DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE METER. HE WANTS THE PUC TO HAVE PECO GIVE HIM AN ACCURATE BILL, BASED ON A READING, AND IF THE BILL IS HIGH, HE WANTS PAYMENT TERMS. HE WANTS THE NEGATIVE CREDIT REPO- RT REMOVED FROM HIS CREDIT RECORD AND HAVE PECO READ HIS METER REGULARLY.
C-00004200 Closed 9/15/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES COMPLAINT IS ABOUT PECO PROPOSES A NEW ABOVE GROUND TRANS- MISSION DISTRIBUTION LINE AT 34KV, WHERE THE COMPANY REGULARLY INSTALLS SUCH LINES UNDERGROUND. PECO FAILED TO GIVE SERIOUS RECONSIDERATION TO IMPLEMENT- ATION OF UNDERGROUND SERVICE. THE PROPOSED SERVICE WOULD CREATE A NUISANCE CONDITION, EITHER COMBINED WITH OR INDEPENDENTLY OF EXISTING CABLES IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY. PECO FAILED TO COMMUNICATE WITH SCHUYLKILL TOWNSHIP AND TO COOPERATE IN PRESERVING THE ENVIRONMENT. THEY WANT THE PUC TO PROHIBIT THE ABOVE GROUND 34KV, HOLD HEARINGS AND INVESTIGATE THIS SITUATION.
C-00004196 Closed 9/11/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES DUE TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY HAVING A HEART ATTACK, THE BUSINESS DROPPED CONSIDERABLY, THEY ARE AWAITING TO SECURE THE CITY CONTRACT. THEIR ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS, OR THEY ARE TAKING A MORTGAGE OUT ON THEIR HOME WHICH COULD TAKE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS. SHE STRESSES THAT SHE DIDN'T RECEIVE ONE, SHE STATES SHE HAS BEEN PUT UNDER AGREEMENT TO PAY $113 MONTHLY. SHE CAN'T AFFORD THAT AMOUNT AND SHE IS AFRAID THAT HER ELECTRIC WILL BE SHUT OFF AGAIN. SHE WANTS AN INVEST- IGATION INTO THE SHUT OFF NOTICES THAT SHE NEVER RECEIVED. ALSO SHE WOULD LIKE A BETTER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT.
C-00004182 Closed 9/11/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES HE IS A 64 YEAR OLD DISABLED MAN WHO HAS BEEN HANDICAPPED SINCE 1977. FOR THIS REASON, HE IS UNABLE TO WORK AND IS ON A FIXED INCOME. HE STATES IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR HIM TO MEET HIS OBLIGATIONS ON TIME. HE RECEIVED A SHUT OFF NOTICE FOR THE AMOUNT OF $103. HE WANTS THE PUC TO INVE- STIGATE HIS COMPLAINT INTO WHY HIS SERVICE WAS SHUT OFF WITHOUT FURTHER NOT- ICE WHICH CAUSED HIM TO PAY MORE MONIES.
C-00004181 Closed 9/11/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES HIS COMPLAINT IS THE EXCESSIVE POWER OUTAGES (I.E. HE FEELS THAT PECO SHOULD WAIVE THE DISPUTED AMOUNT.

SHE IS REQUESTING A REASONABLE BUDGET PLAN BE PUT IN PLACE THAT SHE CAN PAY THE REGULAR UNTILITY BILL PLUS $115 PER MONTH UNTIL THE PAST DUE IS PAID IN FULL.
