IF IT WASN'T COMPLETE IN 30 DAYS THEN HE WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE ELECTRIC BILL. HE WANTS THE PUC TO SPEAK WITH PECO ENERGY AND MAKE A FAIR DECISION.

THIS IS IN A BARN, HE CAN ACCEPT FOUR TIMES THE NORMAL USAGE BUT NOT TEN. ALSO HIS OTHER ACCOUNT WAS TEN TIMES MORE OF THE NORMAL USAGE. HE STATES THAT HE WILL PAY 1/3 THE BILL OWED (OVER PAYMENTS) AND PECO SHOULD CANCEL 2/3 BILL THAT HE KNOWS HE DIDN'T USE.

THEY STATE THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 25 YEARS & IS GETTING WORSE INSTEAD OF BETTER. THEIR REPEATED CALLS TO ASK TO SPEAK TO AN ENGINEER ABOUT THE PROBLEM WENT UNANSWERED. THEY WANT PUC TO MAKE PECO CORRECT THE SITUATION PERMANENTLY. AFTER 25 YEARS, YOU THINK PECO WOULD KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

HER THERMOSTAT WAS SET AT 79 DEGREES AND SHE HAS NO COMPUTERS, HUMIDIFIERS OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT WOULD DRAIN HER ELECTRIC. HER SYSTEM WAS CHECKED AND A NEW FILTER WAS PUT IN. NOW FROM JUNE 3 TO JULY 2 THE BILL WAS FOR $156.53 THAT WAS FOR 29 @ 01078 KWH. NOW JULY 2 TO AUGUST 3 IS WHERE SHE STARTED TO DISPUTE. HER BILL WAS FOR 32 DAYS @ 02092 KWH & THAT CAME TO $307.72. SHE STATES KNOW IT IS DOUBLED FROM THE MONTH BEFORE. SHE WANTS TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS NOT AFFECTING HER CREDIT. SHE HAS PAID SOME MONIES DURING THE MONTHS THAT SHE IS DISPUTING AND SHE FEELS THAT SHE DOESN'T OWE NONE OF THIS.

SOMEONE FROM PECO INVESTIGATED AND SAID EVERYTHIN G LOOKED FINE TO THEM. HE WANTS TO TAKE NOTE THAT CURRENT CHARGES AT THE GREGG STREET ADDRESS ARE PAID IN FULL AND UP TO DATE AND EVERYTHING SEEMS FINE. HE WOULD LIKE THIS PROBLEM TO BE INVESTIGATED AGAIN.

THEY WANT FOR US TO WORK WITH THEM TO CONTINUE GIVING THEM GAS AS THEIR ENERGY SOURCE FROM PECO ENERGY.

C-00003632 Closed 5/4/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO, MR MIKE MURPHY FROM PECO'S LEGAL DEPT. AND HIMSELF TRIED TO WORK-OUT A REPAYMENT OF ARREARS AMOUNTING TO APPROX. $40,000. THIS MONEY WAS REPAID AT GREAT HARDSHIP TO BOTH HIMSELF AND HIS FAMILY. PART OF THE REPAYMENT WAS THAT PECO WOULD CREDIT $10,000 THAT WAS ATTRIBUTED TO LATE PAYMENT FEES (INTEREST). HE WANTS PECO TO BE ORDERED TO REFUND THE $10,000 IN INTEREST CHARGES THEY AGREED TO WAIVE. ALSO TO REFUND $250 RECONNECT FEE AND REFUND $3,400 IN DEPOSIT MONEY.
C-00003631 Closed 5/3/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES THEY ARE REQUESTING THAT PECO ENERGY REMOVE THE LARGE TRANSFORMERS THAT WERE PLACED ON THE TWO BELL ATLANTIC TELEPHONE POLES AT 315 ROCK RAYMOND ROAD. AND PECO HAS REFUSED TO DO SO. THEY HAVE ASKED PECO VERBALLY AND IN WRITING TO PROVIDE ALL THE KNOWN SAFETY AND HEALTH HAZARDS OF THESE TRANSFORMERS. THEY WANT THE TWO TRANFORMERS LOCATED AT 315 ROCK RAYMOND ROAD TO BE REMOVED, AND HAVE PECO ENERGY SUPPLY THEM WITH THE SAFETY AND HEALTH HAZARDS OF THESE TRANSFORMERS IN TERMS THAT ARE UNDERSTANDABLE.
C-00003618 Closed 5/1/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES SHE INSIST THAT SHE BELIEVES THAT SHE HAS BEEN GROSSLY OVER BILLED SINCE SHE OPENED HER BUSINESS JUNE 5, 1999. SHE STATES THAT THE BUSINESS IS OPEN THREE HOURS A DAY, 6 DAYS A WEEK AND USES 30 FLOURESCENT LIGHTS & GAS HEAT. SHE STATES SHE BELIEVES THAT PECO HAS NO CLUE IN TO THE AMOUNT OF ELECTRIC THAT THE BUSINESS USES. AND THEY WANT ALL OF THEIR BALANC E REMOVED FROM HER ACCOUNT.

HE ALSO SAYS THAT PECO IS ENJOYING RECORD PROFTS & EARNINGS. AND THAT THEIR SHARE VALUE HAS INCREASED OVER 21% YEAR TO DATE IN A DOWN MARKET. HE FEELS THAT THE SHARHOLDERS SHOULD PAY FOR THE COMPANIES PAST MISTAKES.
C-00003599 Closed 4/27/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES THEIR MAIN COMPLAINT IS THE CONTINUED FRADULENT BILLING/ FRADULENT CREDIT REPORTING. A PECO INVESTIGATION AT THEIR FORMER ADDRESS OF 7919 W CHESTER PK SECOND FL, UPPER DARY, PA FOUND THAT THEIR LANDLORD HAD THEIR HOT WATER HEATER HOOKED UP TO SUPPLY OTHER ZONES WITHIN THE BLDG. AND THIS WAS UNKNOWN TO THEM. AFTER THEY MADE THIS DISCOVERY, THE LANDLORD TRIED TO EVICT THEIR FAMILY. THEY STATE A COUPLE OF MONTHS PASSED, IN WHICH THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE BILLINGS FROM PECO AT ALL. FINALLY, IN EARLY 1998, PECO RESPONDED, THEY DIDN'T TRANSFER ANY BILLING INTO THE LANDLORD'S ACCOUNT, WHAT THEY DID WAS TO CHANGE THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND CONTINUE TO THIS DAY, TO BILL THEM FOR THEIR FORMER LANDLORD'S SERVICE. THEY WANT TO TRANSFER THE BILLING AND HAVE PECO REPORT TO TRANS UNION CREDIT, WHICH APPEARS ON THEIR CREDIT STATEMENT, AND POSSIBLY HIS WIFE'S REMOVAL IMMEDIATELY.
C-00003598 Closed 4/26/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES HE CALLED EXELON TO CHANGE TO EXELON ON 2/27/00, NOTHING HAPPENED FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. HE HAD TO CALL FOUR TIMES TO GET THEM TO CHANGE HIS ACCOUNT. PECO HAS BEEN BILLING HIM AT THE HIGHER PECO RATE, IT HAS TAKEN FROM 2/27 TO 5/6 TO SWITCH SUPPLIERS FROM PECO TO EXELON. PECO CLAIMS THAT EXELON DIDN'T DO THE PROPER PAPER WORK TO CHANGE THE ACCOUNT. EXELON CLAIMS THAT PECO HAS POLICIES THAT REQUIRE TIME TO CHANGE THE ACCOUNT. HE STATES HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHY THIS WOULD TAKE TWO MONTHS TO CHANGE THE BILLING. HE WANTS PECO REQUIRED TO BILL HIS ACCOUNT AT THE LOWER EXELON RATE FOR THE MAY BILL. ALSO REQUIRE PECO AND EXELON TO MAKE THE PROCESS TO CHANGE SUPPLIERS MORE UNIFORM. ADDITIONAL RESPONDENT IS EXELON ENERGY.

HE STATES SO THEY ARE UNABLE TO PAY THEIR PECO ENERGY ACCOUNT # 35-06-4422548, BY A LEGAL MEANS, I.E., CASH. HE WOULD LIKE PECO ORDERED TO OPEN A CASHIER IN ALL AREAS THAT THEY SERVICE.

HER ELECTRIC SERVICE IS UNDERGROUND AND ON HER FRONT WALL IS BASEMENT APPROXIMATELY TWO FEET FROM HER FRONT WALL THERE IS A THREE INCH PIPE WHICH RUNS FROM UNDERGROUND 18 FEET HIGH, WHICH IS STRAPED TO HER EAST SIDEWALL FEEDING POWER OVERHEAD IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION TO A PROPERTY AT 6754 MARSHA- LL ROAD, AKA MARSHALL ROAD AUTO REPAIR. WHICH IS A GOOD 100 FEET FROM HER. ALSO FROM SAID STANDPIPE FEED ELECTRICAL WIRES RUN ALONG HER EASTWALL TO THE REAR OF HER PROPERTY TURNING WESTWARD ALONG HER SOUTH WALL CONTINUING TO THE REAR OF 6766 AND 6768 MARSHALL ROAD. THIS CONDITION RENDERS HER PROPERTY AS A SUB-STATION OF SORTS, SO TO SPEAK, CREATING A HAZARDOUS CONDITION. SHE WOULD LIKE PECO TO RECTIFY THIS UNSAFE CONDITION.
C-00003547 Closed 4/17/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES THEY STARTED RENTING THEIR BUILDING IN APRIL OF 1996, THEY PAID ALL ELECTRIC BILLS SENT TO THEM FROM THAT TIME ON. LAST SEPTEMBER THEY RECEIVED A SEPARATE ELECTRIC BILL DATED BACK 3 1/2 YEARS FROM AN AIR CONDITIONER. WHEN THEY CALLED PECO THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE BEEN READING THE METER ALL THAT TIME, BUT NEVER BILLED THEM. THEY WOULD LIKE PECO TO WAIVE HALF OF THE BILL DUE TO ERROR ON THEIR PART AND TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT IN THE FUTURE.

ORIGINALLY ONLY ONE METER WAS ON "PILOT PROGRAM", THE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFER OF THE OTHER ACCOUNTS INFORMATION CONSTITUTED AN ALLEG- ED "SLAM" THE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFER OF ACCOUNT INFORMATION BETWEEN UTILITY PROVIDERS WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S KNOWLEDGE OR APPROVAL. STATES THAT PECO HAD NO RIGHT TO TRANSFER ACCOUNT INFORMATION OF CUSTOMERS.
C-00003503 Closed 4/5/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES COMPLAINT IS THAT PECO WILL NOT TERMINATE HIS ELECTRICITY SERVICE AT HIS FORMER ADDRESS 1238 SOUTH 17TH STREET, SECOND FLOOR, PHILADEL- PHIA, PA 19146. ON 1/24/00 HE VACATED THE APARTMENT, AND HE CONTACTED PECO TO TERMINATE HIS ELECTRIC SERVICE. HE WAS TOLD THAT HE HAD TO PROVIDE PECO WITH ACCESS TO THE METER. ON 1/28/00, HIS LAWYER REQUESTED THAT MR HILL PROVIDE PECO WITH ACCESS TO THE METER. HE DIDN'T RESPOND TO THIS REQUEST. ON 2/25 & 3/14 PECO ATTEMPTED TO GAIN ACCESS TO BUILDING, BUT WAS UNABLE TO DO SO. HE WANTS PECO TO BE ORDERED TO TERMINATE HIS ACCOUNT AT 1238 SOUTH 17TH STREET, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 24, 2000.
C-00003495 Closed 4/3/2000 COMPLAINANT STATES ON 8/25/98 THEY CAME HOME AND FOUND THEIR AIR CONDITIONER HUMMING WITH NO FAN OPERATION. A PECO TECHNICIAN CAME AND SAID THAT THE VOLTAGE WAS LOWERED FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS AND IT WAS JUST PUT BACK ON LINE. THEY WERE TOLD THE REPAIR WAS UNDER THE $500 TARIFF LIMIT. SO THEY PROCEEDED WITH THE REMOVAL AND REPAIR ATTEMPTS. THEY REQUEST TO MEDIATE THIS MATTER.
