RECENTLY, 2/5/00 SHE WAS ABLE TO GET THE METER READER IN TO READ THE METER WHICH RESULTED IN A CHARGE FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH OF $17.28. SHE WAS FURTHER RESEARCH INTO HER PAST ELECTRIC BILLS SINCE 1994, SHE THEREFORE CONTINUES TO DISPUTE THIS INCORRECT BALANCE OF $952. WANTS AN INVESTIGATION INTO PECO'S BOOKKEEPING SINCE 1994 AND HAVE THIS BALANCE REMOVED. |
