FINALLY, IN EARLY 1998, PECO RESPONDED, THEY DIDN'T TRANSFER ANY BILLING INTO THE LANDLORD'S ACCOUNT, WHAT THEY DID WAS TO CHANGE THEIR ACCOUNT NUMBER AND CONTINUE TO THIS DAY, TO BILL THEM FOR THEIR FORMER LANDLORD'S SERVICE. THEY WANT TO TRANSFER THE BILLING AND HAVE PECO REPORT TO TRANS UNION CREDIT, WHICH APPEARS ON THEIR CREDIT STATEMENT, AND POSSIBLY HIS WIFE'S REMOVAL IMMEDIATELY. |

THIS CONDITION RENDERS HER PROPERTY AS A SUB-STATION OF SORTS, SO TO SPEAK, CREATING A HAZARDOUS CONDITION. SHE WOULD LIKE PECO TO RECTIFY THIS UNSAFE CONDITION. |
