Complaintant called electrician and power restored. Complaintant states that PECO disconnected service, although a theft of ID was in process. Complaintant states that PECO told them power could be restored due to dispute. Complaintant states tha tnumerous other times power has been disconnected and restored, Complaintant states that her bill is $33,358.00 as of October 7,2011. Complaintant wants to have electrical service back and for PECO to correct the bill.
