Complaintant states that the stress from the wires being stretched caused the wire to snap and this caused the flickering that destroyed thier appliances. Complaintant states that if PECO would have fixed the problem immediately this would not have occured. Complaintant wants PECO to do the right thingand fix the problem.

Complaintant states a nurse called PECO, who was taking care of a relative staying with complaintant and was told a shut off notice would have to be relevent. Complaintant states that three weeks after this call they were told to pa $500 deposit and their monthly bill.Complaintant wants the bill reviewed from September 1, 2010 to July 1, 2011, and for the $500 deposit to be dismissed. Complaintant would liek any credit accued to be put on thei rPECO account.
