THE OWNER HAD MOVED OUT OF 6928 LARGE STREET IN AUGUST OF 1999. THERE- FORE, SHE CAN NOT GO TO THEM TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. SHE WANTS TO PAY FOR ONLY THE SERVICE THAT SHE RECEIVES.

THEY JUST COULDN'T PAY $600 - $700 MONTH FOR THEIR PECO BILL. THEY WANT THE PUC TO LET THEM PAY THE NEW BUDGET AMOUNT PLUS $20 A MONTH TOWARDS PAST DUE BALANCE.
