HE STATES THAT INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS CALL FOR THE USE OF THE M3 METHOD, SIMILAR TO THE KWH MEASURE. HE WANTS THE PUC TO ORDER PECO TO CHANGE THEIR METERS FROM THE CCF METHOD TO THE M3 METHOD, OR PROVIDE A CONVERSION SCALE AND BILLINGS WITH METRIC MEASUREMENTS.

SHE WANTS THE PUC TO MAKE PECO PROCURE HER USAGE RECORDS, MAKE PECO CREDIT HER ACCOUNT FOR THE EXCESS, SANCTION PECO FOR REMOVING THE METER, MAKE THE EMPLOYEE FORMALLY APOLOGIZE, AND RULE THAT PECO DIDN'T PROVIDE CORRECT BILLS.

THEY WERE LOCKED INTO A 1 YEAR CONTRACT THAT COSTS THEM $400.00 MORE PER MONTH, AND A STIPULATION THAT STOPS THEM FROM BEING ABLE TO CHANGE SUPPLIERS WITHOUT INCURRING A MINIMUM $175.00 MONTHLY GENERATION CHARGE FROM PECO. THEY WERE NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHOP FOR A NEW SUPPLIER. THEY WANT THE PUC TO MAKE PECO REMOVE THE MONTHLY GENERATION CHARGE FROM THEIR PECO ACCOUNT, BECAUSE THEY INTEND TO CHANGE SUP- PLIERS.

HE STATES THAT PECO VIO- LATED HIS RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS BY PAYING THE ELECTRIC AMERICA CHARGES FOR HIM. HE WANTS THE PUC TO MAKE PECO REMOVE THESE CHARGES FROM HIS BALANCE, REMOVE THIS FROM HIS PAYMENT RECORD, AND FORMALLY APOLOGIZE TO HIM.
