IT ALSO CAUSED LOSS OF FOOD IN FREEZERS WITH TRIPPED BREAKERS. THEY WANT THE PUC TO REQUIRE PECO TO PUT IN WRITING THEIR VERSION OF WHAT HAPPENED TO THESE CUSTOMERS. REQUIRE PECO TO UPGRADE FACILITIES THAT PROVIDE POWER TO THIS COMMUNITY & TO INSTALL SOME TYPE OF ELECTRICAL DEVICE TO PREVENT MASSIVE POWER SURGES TO THIS COMMUNITY. ALSO SUGGEST TO PECO THAT AS A MINIMUM IT SHOULD CONSIDER COMPENSATING THESE CUSTOMERS FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE DEDUCTIBLE ON THEIR INSURANCE COVERAGE. |

SHE WANTS THE CHARGES TO BE FORGIVEN OR A VERY MINIMAL PAYMENT PLAN. |

HIS GOAL IS TO RECOVER HIS CUSTO- MER'S UNNECESSARY $150 EXPENSE. |
