WANTS RECONNECT- ION OF 220 VOLT POWER, REPAIR METER BOARD, RECALCULATE LAST BILL BASED UPON ACTUAL POWER USED, AND TO CONDUCT INTERNAL INVESTIGATION OF THIS INCIDENT.
