Complaintant had found out a wire came down on Audubon Road. Complaintant states that a representative told them that a pole was hit, but no repair work was require to fix the pole. Complaintant states that the stress from the wires being stretched caused the wire to snap and this caused the flickering that destroyed thier appliances. Complaintant states that if PECO would have fixed the problem immediately this would not have occured. Complaintant wants PECO to do the right thingand fix the problem.

Complaintant states that if she was already on budgetbilling her bill would not have been $121.25 and her credit would coverthe bill for August that she did not receive until September. Complaintant states that she is disputing her August bill. Complaintant wants it credited, since it was PECO's mistake.

Complaintant states that PECO denies that she made a $1048 payment. Complaintant states that she was told since she used a credit card that the payment was unacceptable. Complaintant also says PECO denied complaintant being able to set up a $539 a month automated deduction. Complaintant wants a payment term that is automatically deducted from complaintant's checking account or Complaintant would like to be able to pa with her credit card.
