Complaintant wants the off peak electric discount reinstated. Complaintant wants PECO to reimburse thse cost of their electric water tank if they need to convert to gas.
C-2012-2282999 Closed 1/5/2012 Complainant states that a PECO representative sneaked around the side of her house, and broke her fense to gain entrance to her backyard. Complainant states that when her daughter opened the door, the Representative threw a paper from PECO at her daughter hitting the daughter in the face. Complainant states that the bill was paid earlier in the day. Complainant states that since the fence was broken her dog go out, and a woman found him and took care of her dog until she retrieved him. Complainant states that they have no responsibilty, because the man was a contractor. Complainant would like their fence fixed, paid $60 the amount to have their dog returned, $75 paid back for restoring their electric. Complainant would prefer the contractor, who broke the fence to pay to have the fence fixed, and to pay the amount for the returning of complainant's dog, and power for being unprofessional.
C-2012-2282995 Closed 1/5/2012 Complainant states that charges on her account were transferred to her new address, and the person currently living there failed to keep up with the paymen tarrangement and CAP Agreement. Complainant states that the person was notified by her Attorney to share in the expense and litigation is still going on with monies owed to Complainant.

Complainan tstates that now customers who have no access to gas must choose to pay higher rate or buy oil heating system. Complainant wants the residential discount rate to continue being used.

Complaintant states they were told they could not be put on a payment agreement, because they broke a payment agreement promise. Complaintnat states that they could get their service shut off and lose their kids over the situation. Complaintant states that they want to be able to be put on CAP Program or budget and pay an additional amount until balance is paid.

Complainant states tha tthey transfered accounts to different addresses resulting in the 52nd street service being briefly terminated, but now the 52nd account was transferred to their 7828 Chelwynde Avenue account. Complainant would like to have PECO account from 4839 Haverford Avenue removed from the 52nd Street account and their 7828 Chelwynde Avenue account.
