REPEATED CALLS TO THEIR EMERGENCY NUMBER WERE USELESS BECAUSE THE OPERATORS HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS OR WHEN IT WOULD BE CORRECTED. HE WANTS TO KNOW WHY THE PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN CORRECTED.

HE WANTS THE PUC TO ORDER PECO TO RESCIND THE NEW CONENCTION FEE AND THE DEPOSIT AND ACCEPT THE $282 SETTLEMENT AS AGREED. PECO BE ORDERED TO PRO-RATE THE JUNE 2000 BILL SO HE IS ONLY CHARGED FOR SERVICE THROUGH MAY 31, THE DAY AFTER HE MOVED OUT. PECO BE ORDERED TO ACCEPT $114, THE BILLINGS FOR MARCH, APRIL AND MAY 2000, AND THE PRO-RATED PART TO MAY 31 OF THE JUNE 2000 BILL AS FULL PAYMENT. PECO INFORM THE COLLECTION AGENCY TO STOP BOTHERING HIM AND CORRECT ALL CREDIT REPORTS.
