SHE WANTS HER GAS TURNED BACK ON, VIA HER ENROLLMENT IN CRP. SHE WOULD ALSO LIKE A PAYMENT AGREEMENT ALLOWING HER 24 MONTHS TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE ON HER BILL.
